• Proactively managing our supply chain to ensure the highest quality of materials and services.
• Learning from feedback and non-conformances to prevent recurrence and enhance performance.

2. Health & Safety Policy

The health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, and the public is our highest priority. We are dedicated to providing a Zero-Harm work environment. We pledge to:

• Comply with and exceed the requirements of Kuwait Law No. 6 of 2022 (and its amendments) concerning Safety and Health at Work, alongside international best practices (e.g., ISO 45001).
• Proactively identify, assess, and control all workplace hazards through rigorous risk management (JSA, HIRA).
• Ensure all personnel are competent, adequately trained, and empowered to stop any unsafe act or condition.
• Provide and maintain safe plant, equipment, and work systems.
• Foster an open reporting culture where safety observations are encouraged and acted upon.
• Strive for the ultimate goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Injuries, and Zero Occupational Illnesses.

3. Environmental Policy

We recognize our responsibility to protect and preserve Kuwait’s natural environment for future generations. Our operations will be conducted in an environmentally sustainable manner by:

• Complying with all relevant environmental laws and regulations set by the Kuwait Environment Public Authority (EPA) and international standards (ISO 14001).
• Preventing pollution by minimizing waste, promoting recycling, and responsibly managing construction debris.
• Conserving natural resources, including water and energy, across our sites and offices.
• Managing and mitigating our environmental impacts, particularly concerning dust, noise, and emissions.
• Protecting local biodiversity and responsibly handling any hazardous materials.

Leadership & Accountability

The Top Management of Genius United is fully committed to providing the leadership, resources, and visible support necessary to implement this QHSE Policy. All managers and supervisors are directly responsible for the QHSE performance of their teams.Every member of the Genius United family, from management to the site workforce, has a personal responsibility to:

• Understand and adhere to this QHSE Policy and all related procedures.
• Participate in training and apply safe work practices.
• Take care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions.
• Report hazards, incidents, and suggestions for improvement.
